- 4 Delta Pride Catfish fillets, cut into strips
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 cup almond flour
- 1⁄2 cup corn starch
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup fish fry breading
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Lemon wedge
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
How to prepare:
MIX together eggs and water.
