What you’ll need:
- 3 Delta Pride Catfish fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
