What you’ll need:

  • 3 Delta Pride Catfish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • FOR THE PLATTER
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Red onion, thinly sliced

How to prepare:
