You can tell when the fish is cooked when it flakes easily and is opaque in color.  With Delta Pride Catfish, one end of the fillet is thicker than the other.  You must test the thicker end of the fillet.

Delta Pride Lemon Butter Catfish

Ingredients

-4 catfish fillets
-2-2.5 tablespoons butter, melted
|-1/4 cup lemon juice
-2 tablespoons parsley, minced
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon paprika
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the catfish fillets in an oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Mix the melted butter, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the catfish fillets and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked.
