Craving some delicious seafood? Try out this pecan-crusted catfish recipe using Delta Pride Farm-Raised Catfish! It’s a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that will have your family asking for seconds.
Ingredients:
2 Delta Pride Farm-Raised Catfish Fillets
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon melted butter
¼ cut shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup pecans (chopped)
1 clove of garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon parsley
Non-stick spray
Salt and pepper to taste
Pat dry your Delta Pride Farm-Raised Catfish with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and set aside. In a small bowl, combine honey, dijon mustard, and melted butter and mix well. Set the mixture aside. For the pecan crust, combine shredded parmesan cheese, chopped pecans, garlic, and parsley in a bowl and gently mix until well combined. Brush the honey mustard mixture onto the catfish. Using your hands, grab a generous amount of your pecan mixture and press it onto the top of the catfish. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and air fry at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
